Used TempEmail to create account

I created an account for testing games on steam i forgot to sign out and i bought 100 plus dollars worth of games and i was randomly kicked from the account i no longer have access to this temp mail and to change the mail you need the old mail anb i don't remember that mail is there any way to change it without a phone number or the old mail? I created the account in december 2023.
