Half Life Alyx - Unable to turn left sometimes using valve index complete

Is this like a known bug or something? I constantly have issues with this VR game only where there are plenty of times I am pushing my thumbstick left but its not going left.

I just played this game again but with a meta quest 3 and I am still having issues with turning left. But it doesn't seem to happen as often as when I am playing with my valve index and index controllers.

I can't be the only one who notices this?
