Locked CS2 account unable to play on VAC servers

Hello. Recently I was flagged with a Lock because of a comment I made on a friend's profile asking to trade for his classic knife and i mentioned csfloat, so they thought i was advertising. But i wasn't so steam support removed the lock on my account.

However, when I launch CS2 the lock on my account is still there in the game. And I can't play on VAC servers even though steam support removed the account lock from my steam account.
Can someone explain what is going on ???

I've seen it take a few days for this to clear up. If you still can't play in the next 36 hours, make another ticket.

Alright thanks man I already sent them a ticket 30 minutes ago or so. I’ll see what happens
