scam

Valve employees will never communicate with you about your account using any chat system including Steam Chat and Discord. There's no situation in which you'd need to reach out to a Valve or Steam employee directly to resolve an issue.

The ONLY way you can contact Steam support and through which you will receive official answers is through https://help.steampowered.com and no other way.

No, this is a scammer. Steam Support do not extort or blackmail users and they only communicate through the secure ticketing system within to the client

Not sure where you are talking to these scammers but cease contact immediately and report them.

It is a SCAM. Stop, report and block them.

Steam Support only ever contacts you after you have contacted them via the ticket system as linked below.

Steam Support do not use chat and they never ask for money, nor blackmail Steam account holders.

The $200 Eneba card should have being the first red flag for you. Secondly why would trust and give a complete stranger your bank card details which would allow them to use it on various sites.

Looks more like a phishing scam trying to get your information, if it was me, i would report it to steam support and do not reply to it!

It would be rare to have steam support reaching out to anyone.

Only thing you might get is a survey when it happens, and ignore anyone that asks for credit card information as its usually a scam.
this is 100% a scam, do not respond, report and block.
