Is there a way to put games in different categories kinda like the playlists on Youtube ?

I'd like to have multiple lists for my games, I know I have the wishlist but is there a way to create more of these lists ?

You can create "collections" in your library and sort your games into those.
Pretty much a must if you have a lot of games to keep some kind of overview.
If you want to create a collection you can either click on the 4 squares symbol above your games list in your library or right click any game and select "add to collection".

as an example from my library.
I sort games by genre but you can create collections for whatever sorting method you prefer.

Edit: Of course all of this only works with games that are in your library, it does not work for games you dont own.
