Anime character streaming

Is there a decent free software where you can show yourself as an anime character or something via your webcam playing a game.... but the software is free.

I remember that face rig was free when it first came out but think you have to pay now right

Vtube Studio is popular and can be used free, although you'll likely want to remove the watermark which does require payment,

I remember seeing VSTUDIO i think it was alright but i remember it not being completely free and wanting payment for some things

You could use Veadotube mini. Its free but it isn't the same as a Live2D since it uses static images. In order for the full effect-

You'd need a base image with the eyes open and the same base image with the eyes closed. Then one with the eyes open and mouth open and the same image with the eyes closed and mouth still open.

This'll allow you to set an image for it to switch to when blinking at random, as well as allows it to switch to the image with the mouth open whenever you happen to be speaking.

I'll also point out that this does not use a webcam as it does not do any tracking.
