Artifacts on the monitor

I bought a monitor and found that in some games there are artifacts (flashing black bars) and only in full-screen mode, as soon as you switch to windowed then everything is fine. On the laptop everything is fine and on other devices too. It is on this monitor so and exactly in some games in full screen mode. Has anyone encountered this?

OP, tell me if when you put the windowed game over where a black bar usually would be in full screen, put the window there and tell me if you see any artifacts. If you do it is the monitor itself having an issue, if not this is software related or the GPU is having an issue processing the defunct "Full screen optimization" feature.

And screw other people over, real nice.

For all the work behind the monitor, there were no artifacts at all, and only in some games they are there, and only in full-screen mode. I also think that the problem is not in the monitor, but I tried on other monitors and a laptop, everything was fine there. Artifacts only on this monitor
