His complain on jan 2024 states he bought the games on September 2023 or july 2023
Yet now it is stated that the game is bought in 2022
It is extremely contradicting
------
Then even more contradicting is this
1) he wanted to play with his friends on jan 2024
Yet his latest story go state he tried to play with his friends on October 2023
His ''need for speed heat'' is played in 14th jan 2024 for 5.2 hours
The achievements earned in ''nfs heat'' exactly match total playtime

When it is used to play ''nfs heat'' on 14th jan 2024
Nope, a "you're banned" message popped up and thats about it
ever heard of offline games? I am still banned from playing online. Only solo works
Is there a possibility that the ban on the EA account is preventing the Support agent from finding my Steam account in their system?
The only think i was able to find was the email "so*****@rambler.ru" but thats about it
----------
But in my opinion
2) your email accounts are completely compromised and insecure
Also, every single gaming accounts you have are compromised too
Kindly take note that you need to provide the name that is used for ''steam account creation''
I changed the password to everything with new backup codes and new A2F
If never, changing passwords is useless
yea, i did. I deauthorized all accounts then i used my dad's phone to reset the passwords
