How do i make steam remember my paypal because buying games is always a issue?

i buy games through paypal like everyone else but why every godamn time does it require me to login paypal to confirm the payment only to tell me it failed
every godamn single time,its annoying as hell
i even confirm on paypal, accept and pay and still get an error
now trying to buy a game thats less than a euro and having issues for 8th time

i dont get it,it works on some games and on others it dosent
like bought 2 or 3 games last week that were 7 euros and 3, had to confirm and then it accepted
tried to buy assassins creed 4 last year for 11 euros and failed about 10 times so i gave up
dont think its money limit,bought a 70 euro game in october last year

so yeah any ways to make my paypal permenant here without having to confirm every godamn time?? This is honestly painful.
Hell i dont even care if somehow i get hacked and someone steals my money,i dont even have that much on the card anyways given i just use it for games :P

You can't. It's a technical limitation. Other storefronts circumvent this by the creation of payment agreement contracts. Valve doesn't do that.

Well that sucks.
I managed to buy it at the end but my god i failed like 9 times before that.
Surprised i didnt get the email, we stored this game in cart despite failing.

I havent even changed anything,just kept pressing pay and then it just worked.

But i didnt go offline at that time as you usually do.
And store was loading just fine

it's a transparent maintenance that usually doesn't force a logout and only causes intermittent issues instead of a complete shutdown. Just keep in mind that around this time, doing stuff like that is a bad idea.
