Steam not installing on steam deck

I’m trying to set up my steam deck. But on the install screen, it’s been stuck at 1 second remaining on the same area of the progress bar for 6 HOURS. (I’m not sure if this is a problem or not, but the fan keeps going off in bursts)

I can’t know rn because I’m setting it up for the first time. I can’t do anything until it installs
