I want to activate my steam account

I have my steam account for 4 years nkw but i cant send frend request and many other things they say you need to spend 5 dollars or deposit it on your steam wallet is there any way to remove the restriction of my account for free because i don't have money

There is no way to remove that restriction "for free".

Others can send you friend requests, though. You just need to ask them to start the process.

But if there was a workaround to bypass the $5 requirement, then it wouldn't be much of a requirement then. It's there for a good reason. You can still get and play games on Steam. You can still get friends as I mentioned above. Everything else is just extra, and if you want the extras you'll need to find a way to fund your account with $5.
