Banned steam games on store

So in the past i bought a game on steam in my region i played it no problems at all, then i moved to another region i noticed that the game is banned in the steam store it show me it doesn't exist but it still on my library so can i play it without having any problems or getting banned ?and for the record i bought the game a year ago

If you already own the game and its in your library there is no problem downloading/playing it at any time.
You just cant buy it anymore in your region if its banned there.
But regional bans have no impact on games already in your library.
