In need of an e-mail to contact Steam Support

So basically, to explain for you the main issue there, I have a friend that apparently made a typo when creating his Steam Account, leading his account e-mail to be a @email.com (which doesn't exist). He can't spend any money on steam because his account (which is an old account with lots of games that were bought in external websites) isn't verified, which is blocking it's account from certain functionalities. His phone number is also outdated, and when he tried to reach for Steam's Support and Create a Ticket, guess what? He had to verify his e-mail adress, which of course can't be done.

So, if i must recap for you ;
Email adress is unusable
Phone number is also unusable
Account isn't verified because of the email being unusable
You must be verified to contact Steam Support.

Our only way would be to contact steam via e-mail, but it seems like there are none..
Is there a way to contact them? If not, has anyone encountered that same issue and achieved to solve it in some way?

They will need to use a support ticket as there is no email address like that for steam to fix things and they can use a different account to see if that works.

That is not possible. During account creation its 100% required to click on the link send to the email you entered to finalize the creation of the account.
So there must have been a real email your friend had access to because otherwise he could not have created the account.

They would've received an email during the account creation. They simply have to log into that email address.
