Steam Desktop Client Logging me out after 00:05 ZA time - PROBLEM!!!

I have been trying for the last year more or less to follow the formal process to get Steam Support to help me sort out this problem - but they keep blaming the actual COD game or servers for this issue WITHOUT even providing a rational explanation or clarification that makes sense.

I am 100% sure other Steam clients have the same problem that has been happening since 2018............. unacceptable!!!!!!!!

Problem description for this forum:

In a MULTIPLAYER match with friends playing MW3-COD Maps, ONLY the players that are using Steam clients - get logged out in the evening at 00:05 - 5 minutes after midnight. To make it worse, this happens while we are in a tough battle - which then leaves the friends with Battlenet clients, to finish that battle alone. It takes me and other friends, ALSO using the Steam client, on average about 8-10 minutes BEFORE we can ***successfully*** log back into the COD game. Then we have to join a MULTIPLAYER game with our friends and continue. NOT a fun experience at all.

I have logged formal tickets - here are some examples
(HT-5HT6-JK7K-MDTJ, HT-52WP-BFPJ-V98J, HT-57B4-Q25Y-FH3G)

What is this error message I get? [Reason: TRAVIS - RILEA]??????
Not a single Steam Support person could explain or qualify this for me - ever!!!!

Common excuse from Steam Support:

There's no need for you to provide us additional dump files to diagnose the problem as based on the information that we already have, it seems that the problem points towards an in-game issue that we can't troubleshoot.

Connection interruptions (to game servers) are something that we do not have control over. This is the reason that multiplayer games like Call of Duty have their own systems that we don't have access to.

If you are continuously experiencing frequent disconnections while playing the game, then there could be an underlying issue with your connectivity to their server(s). One that we can't diagnose remotely.

I have tried EVERYTHING, from persistence to politeness, ethics, steam client concerns etc but it falls on deaf ears. My problem description was CLEAR (VERY CLEAR). I did NOT use ANY words like "frequent disconnections" or my internet connectivity.

Before warcraft 3 battle.net was revamped

It occurs in that game

and it causes everyone in that custom game to lose connection altogether at same time

Turns out a particular person might be a sore loser, so he make everyone lose together

Interesting news to me as an avid Steam Client for a loooooong time.
WHY then is there not better care or interaction provided by the respective Steam Support people that are supposed to help their clients.....?
The comments I always get is abrupts, based on the support persons OWN opinion and ALWAYS a ONE-WAY communication...........ALWAYS.
And then AFTER they have had their say and fulfilled their duties with a short comment, they remind you that this is now done and they will close the case.

Extremely sad.....

This cannot be the same type of problem - we are 6x friends playing in a team - ONLY 2x of using that use Steam get disconnected IMMEDIATELY at 00:05 in the evening.

We use Discord so even when the game drops in Steam, we are still able to chat about the "Your client has been logged out" message and the fury while we spend the next 10 minutes trying to log back in successfully.....

Being logged out at the exact same time every day is usually an ISP issue.

If the times were random, it could point to other things.

Most ISP maintenance is done during very quiet hours, so if it's "00:05" that would most likely be a great time to do maintenance, and it that maintenance happens to be a path that utilizes or sends/receives steam active data for games utilizing steam services, then that can be an expected outcome especially if it always happens at incredibly predictable times.

Activision can make their own services as well to move data through their own servers, but if any ISP was doing maintenance and that data happened to be going through the ISP doing maintenance at that time, the same predictable outcome would be highly probable.

Someone, somewhere, will always be affected either by Steams weekly maintenance, their own ISPs maintenance, other ISPs maintenance etc. Predictable and frequent already tells you everything you need to know, mostly not to play during ISP maintenance times.

As I mentioned - myself and another person who also uses Steam client, get logged out simultaneously....
Luckily we were running our audio on Discord so we could still coordinate while the remainder of the team had to complete the MULTIPLAYER battle alone....eish

I am disconnected from the steam servers almost every day in zombies while playing with my roommate who is on the Xbox and in the same game and he does NOT get disconnected.

Even people who uses garena gaming platform to play warcraft 3 battle.net also suffer the same thing

As long as, someone did a ''denial of service'' in the game server, it affects everyone in the game server regardless of which gaming platform you use to play the game
