How to delete paired EA account

Hello i would like to ask if its possible to delete my linked EA account from steam because i lost my login to EA an all i found was that its able to delete your connected account on EA but not on steam.

You can with EA login to your account on the web with your linked Steam account's credentials and then view/change details. Unlinkable nationalized crap, but just login at the EA site and choose the Steam method.

All linking, unlinking is done on EA's end.

... but note #2, and specifically then also that you'll likely never again be able to play any on your currently linked Steam account bought EA-game when you unlink said Steam account from the EA account, and that you will not be able to simply buy again on that same Steam account, nor be able to family-share back copies bought on a secondary Steam account.
