Hello, I have a problem, I sold an item on steam market and the balance is in pending with this message "Some funds are pending. This typically occurs after a purchase you made has been refunded. These Steam wallet funds are currently unusable"...

It says "typically", no that YOU did so. Just wait.

Keyword "typically", it does not exclude other reasons.

In the email you received from the sale, it provides an explanation of the pending funds.

when you quicksell something for less than its worth or when you sell something for more than its worth you have to wait like 2 days
