1. should've posted this on the COD game forum on steam, not on the help and tips.. you would get a clear and faster answer there
2. regarding your issue, as far as I know, that skin isnt available anymore. it was just for a period of time. I'll open the game in 10 mins and check if its still available and let you know

Activision removed her character skin from the store months ago. It is no longer possible to obtain the character skin legally. Taken down for multiple reasons, including political statements.
