You need to secure your account to prevent this from happening again.
Again it is a scam a well known one.
Do one forum search you will see countless other people that have fell for the same scam.
There is no need to send screenshot. Valve will NEVER add you or message you for ANY reason.
It's a scam.
Have you already secured your account (see post #1)?
We don't need to see it.
Regarding your items: Steam Item Restoration Policy
Valve never ever contacts you, its always scam. 100%.
The ONLY way you will ever get official messages is through the ticket system.
- Criminals have found ways to have permanent access to the profiles of hijacked users in 2017 (before the introduction of phone authentification, it used to be rather an "enter, take everything and leave" affair).
Everything that has happened on your account, has been done with a remote tool.
- Following the list of steps will remove their access.
- Valve will never demand items or gift cards for "verification".
- The whole debacle started, when you logged into a phishing website. "Vote for my team" "Vote for my artwork" "I am giving away my inventory" "Get 50 Dollar Steam ballance" "Hey, check out this link"... Something like that.
- And of course my favourite piece of advice:
Do never enter your Steam login details directly on other websites again. Instead, when a website (even if it seems to be a Steam profile or trade) asks for your Steam login, leave it, go to the main page of Steam (store.steampowered, maybe best to bookmark it too, so you don't fall for false main pages) and log in there. Then go back to the other website. A legitimate website now will show your account on the login page and will allow you to confirm it. A phishing page, that wants to do bad things to your account, will keep asking for your name and password.

Could link to 100's more...
You're being modest. This forum alone gets 3-5 new threads of that type daily. For seven years. Ten thousand would be a low total estimate.
