Can I download a paid mod on Steam without owning the base game?
So I have just finished off with playing Portal 2 at long last, and because it is taking up quite a lot of space I would like to uninstall it, but here's the thing: I also have a standalone " mod " which I have PURCHASED ( yes, PURCHASED a mod ) for 3.99$, A.K.A. Aperture Tag.

Now, say, if I were to uninstall Poirtal two would I still be able to play Aperture Tag on its' ownb just because it has a Steam page standalone on its' own in my library and everything, or would I be forced to redownload portal two once more?
