How do I appeal a community ban?

Specifically for MCC if anyone's wondering, I was banned off the Fourm for IMO stupid reasons over a year ago and would like to appeal (mainly so I can comment on mods and such), anyone know how?

if it's for a particular game, your bet bet is to find their discord. It's how I got rid of an old ban for COH 3 myself in the gamehub. SAme story, was in the past years. Appealing manually on the ban itself usually doesn't help because then steam support takes a look and they'll say that the ban on the said game community is based on their rules.
