If you got hacked, wipe format your OS. Once infected system is not worth the hassle; start it fresh.
i dont think my account got hacked.. i just cant install some games. and one of those is squad 44 i was trying to play yesterday.
You should be able to find instructions with simple search.
Content Configuration Unavailable < --- this one comes up all the time
No Internet Connection
This is a problem on your side.
People and their "standard fixes". Those are not fixes, they are just random things that people recommend that don't usually do anything.
However, what caught my eye here is the word "reinstall". People often have excessively complex "security" setups where all sorts of stuff is blocked, and they have to allow them. In your case, it's certainly possible that you "allowed" Steam to have internet access before, then you "reinstalled" it, and forgot to add that permission again. So, your freshly installed Steam might be blocked by your "firewall" software.
Depending on how that "firewall" works, and how Steam interprets errors to decide what kind of error message to output, such a blocked connection might appear as "no internet".
i am no coder or in the line of that, but i know its not my bad when i am not the only one thats having this problem in the last days of the week.. AND now for the funny part i... re install all of my pc new windows 10 and so on.. still not working. so i guess i have to waite for steam support to help. zzZz
I've tried all the common steps, started steam as administrator, reinstalled steam, etc, and it still isn't working, but, as I said, my other games will download
Simply closing Kaspersky Internet Security solved it. Later, I tried disabling and enabling protection in it, it turned out to be just a crooked database update. Clearing the folder with THIS [forum.kaspersky.com] method helped.
For english speakers:
with so many having problems... i dont understand why valve/steam is not calling out they have a problem or why this is going on... i will get so pissed if i have to go in another weekend without playing my game :(
