If you report a about the account, remove the report

No one can remove already sent report.
If you got message about "someone reporting your account" - it's a scam. Report, block and ignore whoever sent it to you.

Reports are checked manually and based on evidence within the system. False or unproven reports are discarded.
If anybody tells you, they have "accidentially" reported you, they are trying to set up a scam themselves (the next step will be to forward you to a self-proclaimed "Steam Official", who asks you for your login info, inventory items, gift cards, etc.)
