Where to complain about support?

Hello,

Is there a place where I can file a complaint against Steam moderators?

There is a thread in the Kingdom Come Deliverance page where people are posting nazi glorifying and holocaust denying posts. I have been banned for calling out nazis, and their posts remain up. Multiple people have reported them.

I have complained via regular support requests, but I keep getting the same person or persons and they close my request without answering. I have even pointed out that denying the holocaust is illegal in my country, but the moderator doesn't seem to care.

What can I do about this?

If support has denied your appeal, there's nothing you can do.

You'll have to wait out the ban, and in the future just report and ignore trolls instead of replying to them/giving them the attention they desire.

If support has denied your appeal, there's nothing you can do.

You'll have to wait out the ban, and in the future just report and ignore trolls instead of replying to them/giving them the attention they desire.

I wear my ban with pride, I'm not ashamed to call out nazis.

My question is what I can do about the nazi posts and holocaust denial posts? Reporting them does nothing. I've even asked to escalate my tickets but the same person just keeps closing them.

I've not read through the Steam rules, but I would be surprised if nazi posts and holocaust denial is allowed, that's why I want to file a complaint against that moderator. I'm thinking about informing a local litigious organisation. It's a lot of effort, but I just can't ignore this.

report the posts. dont post a reply to them, let the forum mods deal with them. the people making the posts are just trying to bait you to act in a way that breaks the rules and gets you a ban.

I have reported those posts, and others too, but nothing happens.

block the account that is posting, move on. stop feeding the trolls.

game hub = that games developer is in charge and they decide what is and what is not allowed. they also decide who is going to be moderating it (if anyone is moderating it).

The message on top of the board says the ban was issued by Steam, not the developer.

I can't feed the troll, even if I wanted to, thanks to the Steam moderator that supports this kind of posts. It's not like they're new posts either, they've been up since the 18th, that's 6 days.

I'll let it sink for a while, but this situation definitely changed how I think about Steam as a company and their moderators. This just isn't cool.

You already fed him, you responded to him and he reported you.
That's why you should follow "report, block, ignore" rule. Other than that - there isn't predictable time frame when your report will be read and when any actions will be taken (if any).
