My steam inventory got hacked without login

I guess i am done....yesterday some crypto story was posted on my instagram without login..now all of my steam wallet money and inventory got cleared out without a notice or a login..am i cooked???

this is what happens when you use you logins on other things then steam same for instagram turn on 2fa on both and you mail and everyting else you use

Do the rest of these steps as well:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

I know right....i got mails from google saying change your gmail passwords suspicipus activiity with crictical risk on your windows device and stuff..i tried resetting my pc but it returns to my home after resetting saying reset failed..can anyone help me reset my device?? Or any clue on what i fan do

You have to change everything. Every password and login you've ever used online is now suspect. If you've used any payment methods and might have those methods saved, you'll want to cancel those cards and get new ones issued too.

I wouldn't be satisfied with just doing a scan on that PC either. Wipe it. Total reformat and reinstall of the OS. Back up what's important and start over.

Create new Windows 11 installation media[support.microsoft.com] with a USB drive. Boot into that drive, and from there you can reformat your PC and install Windows fresh. This also has the added benefit of being a "clean" installation, free of any of the additional bloat an OEM puts on there.

Install fresh os after format.
Load the os on the original homepage of microsoft.

With ANOTHER computer. If you use usb stick, format it if it has touched the infected computer before using it on the other computer, and after that task.
