I wouldn't be satisfied with just doing a scan on that PC either. Wipe it. Total reformat and reinstall of the OS. Back up what's important and start over.
Create new Windows 11 installation media[support.microsoft.com] with a USB drive. Boot into that drive, and from there you can reformat your PC and install Windows fresh. This also has the added benefit of being a "clean" installation, free of any of the additional bloat an OEM puts on there.
Load the os on the original homepage of microsoft.
With ANOTHER computer. If you use usb stick, format it if it has touched the infected computer before using it on the other computer, and after that task.
