Steam App - Shop page and anything Shop related does not load properly.
Title pretty much almost explains everything,

Basically when i start Steam Shop page appears and does not load properly.

The Start Shop page usually looks like this:
https://gyazo.com/40ea4a904698c5ba256822692ac2efaa

And also anything shop related, doesnt matter if its searching for games or looking at game shop sites, they do not load and look goofy as hell.

However, my steam library loads completely fine, so does my profile and anything else.

Web Browser steam also loads completely normal but why the hell would i use that when i can (theoretically) use the Steam Desktop App.

What i have tried:

-> Deinstall the Steam App completely - did not resolve any issues

-> Delete "Cache" in Download Settings - did not resolve any issues regarding this.

Are there any other Tips to resolve this or am i doing something wrong ?
i literally dont know what to do at this point, Google'ing this issue wasnt really any help either as it seems to be not common.

Also as a additional info,

I downloaded Steam on my Secondary PC and it works completely fine on it, so its not a Internet issue either.

So i figured its either an install issue on my Main PC or idk what else but re installing didnt fix anything so maybe not.

Hopefully someone can help. Thanks alot in advance

Have you tried browsing the store with a normal browser? Do you see the same issue?

Hey, yes as stated above, Steam in the Web browser works completely fine.
So it only happens in the Desktop App.

Try...

Steam > Settings > Interface >>> uncheck Enable GPU accelerated rendering in web views (requires restart).

Okay i found a solution, I deleted Steam completely and after that was done i also deleted The Steam folder in Windows Search %AppData%. after that i re installed Steam and now everything loads as it should.. so im guessing it had something to do with the Folder in %Appdata%
