Achievments Not Unlocking After Reseting them with Client Console

Long story short, I used the "achievement_clear" command in the steam client console to reset the achievements on a few games and now i cant seem to unlock them again.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling steam, but that didn't work so I was wondering if anyone in the community knows a fix.
