Transcation Error

Hello. I have a problem when trying to purchase a gift (digital card) I get a transaction initialization error. No matter what payment method. My friend is from Russia and I am from Poland. I can select it normally and send the gift. Trying to delete the cache did not help. I reinstalled the browser and it didn't work either. I also tried making settings in the Steam app for the beta version with no success.

You cannot send gift cards to Russia due to sanctions which affect Steam as well.

Ah, thanks for the information. By the way, interestingly, I can select it, but when it goes to payment, it is impossible.
