Object reference not set to an instance of an object [System.NullReferenceException]

I just unsubbed from TMPE bc it was crashing my game and now this error keeps popping up. I can close it by clicking the OK button a few times but then it shows up again every time I place/delete a road. I've used it a few times to fix my traffic on some intersections so idk pls help
