What is the "Steamworks Shared" file thing?
So a lot of you probably know what the "common" file is in "Steamapps", And I wanted to delete some stuff because it's taking a lot of storage, And I went across this file called "Steamworks Shared" and I want to know what will happen if I delete it.

It was added for regular client users on April 17, 2019...

Updates to shared installer content will now be listed under “Steamworks Common Redistributables”

If you delete it, it will redownload all the Common Redistributables for all your installed games.

Yeah and what does it do?

It is now necessary for all installed game to DL their common redists into that one location. Valve just changed the way those are done to get rid of all the extras/duplicates in all the game files so it would all be in 1 spot.
