Game is downloading updates on the wrong Drive
Hunt showdown is the game
I have it installed on the D drive on my steam
but when trying to update it, the game ( steamapps > downloads)
Is in the C drive, this have never happened before.

I think it was due to the fact D was full but I cleared out 80gb of files and deleted the update and tried to restart steam and do it again and its insisting on putting it on c drive.

Is it gonna manually move the update from C to D after done ?

Full drives always cause problems.

The files that are being downloaded as part of the update will update the files on your D drive. Steam is going to make use of the space on your C drive because D was too full at the time the update started.

oh i see thank you

very odd though i cleared out my D and now my c has only 40gb empty remaining D has 150gb
but its not wanting to put it on the D
Only thing I can think of doing is filling the C a bit more so it forces it back on D
