SteamWorks Common do not download

Hello/Good evening, I have been experiencing a problem for some time, Steamworks Common Redistributables not downloading I have the error "Disk write error" I have uninstalled Steam and reinstalled, rebooted my pc but still nothing. How do I do this?

This HDD that Steam is installed on?

Also ensure have enough room for storage of free space, if run outof free space, you can get that error.

Ensure storage drive not having health issues, and if it HDD, defrag it once in awhile, they can take while to do, but this might be able to fix error write issue.

Also what Steamwork common is about that it downloads drivers such as Microsoft visual C++, directX, and etc...

If you're having issues, I can post a link to Dropbox that contains all the drivers that would normally download from Steam.

steam is installed on my main hard drive (ssd) and I have no problem with the hard drive, I also have enough space on my hard drive, and I would like just the names of the drivers I have to install please

So do this, shutdown Steam, replace the folder with that downloaded, now go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps folder where Steam is installed, unless you install it somewhere else go to that location, now you're looking for appmanifest_228980.acf open that with notepad, ensure you have format > word wrap enable, so it not hard to manage this, now you're looking for "LastOwner" copy your ID "###################" then paste it somewhere safe as you need it in a moment, copy the text below in code box, and replace in the notepad all of it with that, then in the "LastOwner" you see "PUT YOUR ID HERE" just copy your ID you had saved, and replace it with that. ensure it has it quotes like so "###################" but instead of # it your ID numbers, then click save, and launch steam, and see if that fixes it for you.
