ETOPFUN deposit issue
Insufficient play time in steam, please set your Game Details to Public and log in again. View your steam "Edit Profile" - "My Privacy Settings", then you can find the settings.

HOW I FIX THIS PROBLEM
I played dota 599 hours and csgo 361 hours?
and my game profile setting all public unchecked
but still i have this problem

Don't bother with third party websites that want to scam you.

Ask scammy website you're trying to link your account to, this has nothing to do with Steam.
