I want to refund elden ring but steam wont let me

So i pre-ordered elden ring shadow of the erd tree edition and was planning to play the game with my friend who is on the ps5 ans it turns out that its not crossplay, now keep in mind i have 0 hours on the game and only 1 week above the 2 week limit and from what i saw it said they rarely make refund games over that limit ( so they make exeptions ) so i requseted a refund two times and stated the reasons but they wont help- please help me

Considering the obvious Scam site in your name - did the tickets auto close or did they tell you the request got denied?

should we ask steam if the think those are scam sites ? what would you think they gonna say about it ?

It is a Scam site. And the question I asked is actually important.

So over the 2 week limit... therefore outside the refund limits.

^^^ do that and hope for an exception, understanding that an exception doesn't mean guaranteed. Sometimes they do, most times they don't. Be polite and ask nicely and hope for the best.
