Big difference between my fps and 1% low

Hello Guys,
I just installed AC Mirage, I noticed some fps stuttering and it has 92fps and around 29 in 1% low after some tweaks the games is smooth but i noticed that my avg fps is around 165 fps and my 1% is capped to 31 fps.
N.B: i didn't set any fps limitation.
My settings:
R5 5600
Rtx 4060
Win 11 with game mode enabled.
Display: Asus tuf gaming 165hz.
Is there a fix for this thanks!

Thats pretty normal for 1% lows. Thats basically stutters or short freezes where the FPS falls to nearly zero, the value is always way lower then your average max.

I saw some guys saying that big difference between the 2 values is a bad thing.
