How long does pending steam wallet funds take?
Got a refund of a game and wanted to buy a new game but in the email it said it would take 7 days and steam said it would take up to 24 hours and the steam summer sale ends in 20 hours

From my experience, 20-28 hours.

Banking systems are not immediate as much as they may seem to be sometimes, and refunds will always appear to be slower than payments.

If your refunding back to your bank, that can take up to 7 business days.
If it's to the Steam wallet, that could take maybe 2-3 business days.
