I was falsely VAC banned

I know no one will believe me, but i did not cheat. At the time of the ban i was interested in reverse engineering so i might have had some tool in the background while i was playing counter-strike, but i never ever touched the memory of counter-strike, and definitely didn't cheat.

I have waited for a long time because i read that a vac ban cannot be appealed and that if my ban were found to be illegitimate it would be removed automatically. But i doubt it will ever be automatically removed because of the time between the ban and now.

If any of you know a way to proceed, please let me know.

From your perspective, you may be innocent, but the VAC system detected something that might be used to cheat the game. Whether you actually used it for that or not is irrelevant. That's not the basis for whether a VAC ban is true or false. The mere presence is enough for it to be a true VAC ban.
