A few options there. One is about "Contact Steam Support" but at the bottom is a link to "Visit iFixit for parts and repair guides". Probably best to start there and then double back to contacting Support if you don't find what you need. Support will most likely point you to the iFixit page.
I need to contact Support directly , but they keep redirecting me away .
I bought replacement face pads and the instant the magnets snapped into place the head set died . The magnets on the original face plate are mild the replacements are Super Strong. We all know what happens when you put a powerful magnet too close to chips.
