p.s the reason i want to clarify is because solutions for Windows 10 might be different from solutions for Windows 11
If issue ever happen again try this.
- Open CMD as admin type in without quotes "SFC /scannow" this will check your windows for error.
also , old way's like rename steam to .old and its user data under windows profil.
and try reinstalkl steam to see if that help.
