Got the steam Error application load error 3:0000065432

application load error 3:0000065432
as the title says
When I re-download the NBA2k16 game and play it again, the game keeps showing this error
I have also tried re-downloading or starting Steam and the game as an administrator.
Basically I have tried all the methods I found on the Internet.
Please help me if you have any other players who have encountered similar problems.

Most post with that error is a dump code, i and other have notice either you have VC++ issue or you simple dont have game requirements, or its driver aient working.

Also why we dont look up your code , then its a specific game issue with NBA2k16.

try the "Can i run it" google it , dont forget we lack all spec on pc here, and it dont help if you point ata dual gpu card that cant run it, its still stand as code error point at, and yes i can be wrong only MS know what them dump error codes stand for, but as i point out you still has it with a game. and thats why we see it as such, here as gamers.

from wrong gpu card to total fail in can run it, ( dump crash code ) you can try repair VC++ but again we cant see what you have here.


also why "I found on the Internet" fail then its point at so many diffrent issue.


even point at wrong default primary gpu card is part of the issue ( we read error code as why it crash like this )

hope you understand we need alot of info, to know better here.

dont forget all the internet point at a Bethesda issue, thats not so, its a launcher at Bethesda that set GPU card setup up, and its here code is right point at wrong cpu card or user has change card and forgot Bethesda way's in setup.

if you got ther code its for the moment seen as system cant do it, crash dump code. with gpu card issue.

First of all thank you for your reply I think my computer should comply with NBA2K16 Recommended specs required for this game VC++I have re-downloaded, updated, or repaired I've tried both, but it still doesn't work
Even if I directly NBA2K16.exe Even if the file is started directly, an error message will be displayed.Then I tried to close Windows defender still doesn't work

I tried downloading the latest VC++still not working
This got me thinking about my game steam After starting the download, are there any missing files that prevent the game from opening normally?
Since I don't have a second computer I can't try to see if the game can start normally after downloading it on another computer

I don’t think it’s a GPU card issue. I’ve updated the GPU driver to the latest version and this problem still occurs.

hmm could anti-virus app also cause this blocking issue, try add steam.exe and game own .exe to see if this can also do this, i doubt it but lets see, if it can be , game app cant go on and same time cause crash issue with it.

You can try steam log, and windows event viewer , and hope it can show other info we can read, but atm its a game devs issue, with a why does this happend..?

You can also try past gpu drivers to see if this matter then its gpu card support issue.

They also asked me to contact 2k sport, and finally gave me a link to this discussion forum and asked me to find the answer myself. There are many similar error messages on the Internet and I have tried many methods but it still doesn't work.

can you try at other friends pc , login at your account and see if win10 or win11 work on that pc with that game, also ask game hub own forum to get a reply that other has no issue with it.

recheck everything make sure default primary card is select and now you see why we think its a dump code, sense both of them point at this place thats not good.

i donyt have that game so i cant test it for you , you need other gamers from steam game forum to confirm itt.

do try interference issue with steam and other windows safe boot mode.

any of your friends should have game requirements.

Do not underestimate spare pc, if it work there, then you know its a system issue at your pc.

The game itself launches on my spare laptop But this computer is from 2017configured as：

GPU: NVIDIA 1050TI
RAM:24GB

Until someone figure out why it is so at win11.

Also why you should ask that game forum and hear other steam user if they have a issue with it at win11, and why you cant and yes it might a be a windows issue , but thats why you ask there.

No one mentions this but I had the same issue with raft. Clearing the steam download cache fixed it instantly. Hope this helps someone :)
