cant gift friend

i have funds only in my steam wallet, how do i gift my friend? it keeps saying error and i dont know how to contact steam about this probllem

if you are buying a game as a gift with wallet funds, use a different form of payment (credit card, debit card, paypal, etc)

"error"? So there are no details, at all? It just says: "error"?

If the game isn't available in their region, you can't gift it. If they are from Russia, you probably can't gift anything.

The generic "error" message that isn't specific is the gifting flag using wallet funds.

no theyre my friend from the same country, we both have the game available

steam has added restrictions on wallet funds being used to buy games as gifts because of people abusing the system.

support doesnt have an email. I already gave you the link to steam support. navigate thru the menus to find your issue.

Contacting Steam support is absolutely useless. They have the worst support of any company in existence and will only reply to you with a irrelevant template email anyway. If you contact them, you'll be disappointed.

the email support uses is for OUTGOING email only. the ticket system is the only way to contact them.

ohh okay, sorry for asking but where can i find the ticket system? i dont use steam much and i cant find info about this online so i appreciate this
