Can't find the review option for CS2?

I have almost 22 hours of playtime and want to leave a review for the game, however there's no review option under the part that says I own it?

If you hover over your name in the steam overlay, then select games, then select counterstrike 2 - it'll bring you to the game's homepage, where if you scroll down a tiny bit, there will be a huge box where it asks you to write a review.

OP already wrote a review for that game 2 years ago while it was still called CSGO.

Plus, one only needs to go the game in their library and look at the bottom of the right column of the game's library page. A section called MY REVIEW is there and will display the review if already created, or provide a link to create one. No reason to pull up the overlay and jump through menus to find it.
