Hit the refresh page button.
If that doesn't work, it might be a server issue and you just need to wait.

been happening for about 4 or 5 days now for me refresh does absolutely nothing

This shows on almost all game Store pages. Even games I already own.

This error is even displayed in the Steam client! But if I log in from a browser, then everything works fine.

It’s happening to me literally everywhere. On my Steam Deck, Steam App on IOS and Steam via browser (Safari.)

It doesn’t happen to every single page but basically the majority of pages from the sale page and many other store pages it happens every time. Also the refresh button does nothing whatsoever, it doesn’t even attempt to refresh the page or anything else. Nothing is helping and I don’t understand why it would be doing it across three different access points.

Please help, support or anyone else!

Hello, I had the same error. It was fixed by updating my iPhone to the newest software versions.

MY SOLUTION

• Select the "steam" button at the top left of your screen
  
• Select "log out"
  
• Locate your steam icon on your desktop
  
• Select "open as administrator" in the right mouse context menu
