Friends account has been hacked
Good day everyone,

A friend of mine has had his account hackets and is unable to put in a ticket as its saying reset password, but if his account email address has been chaned by the hacker or thief who stohle it, can someone please give me a direct link to steam tickit support so he can get in contact with them, as he has had the account for 15 years.

ANy Steam or valve mod's could you please help!

They go to the support site as a LOGGED OUT user and submit the ticket from there.

Recover your account:

Steam Support page about Account Recovery

You must be logged out of all accounts to start the account recovery process.

You don't need access to the email, phone or password currently tied to the hijacked/hacked/stolen/lost account for this to work. Just pick the "I do not have access..." or a similar option when asked.

The recovery process allows you to provide proof of ownership.

we have spent close to a hour going through all that, and for some reason it does not help, thus wanting to put in a tickit, now thats the issue not even that is possible, all the links you have sent (posted) we have treid. well if you know how to get hold of someone from steam now that would help and be nice of you!

we have spent close to a hour going through all that, and for some reason it does not help, thus wanting to put in a tickit, now thats the issue not even that is possible, all the links you have sent (posted) we have treid. well if you know how to get hold of someone from steam now that would help and be nice of you!
if your friend has spent close to an hour making a ticket and failing, they are doing something wrong. tickets can take 5 to 10 minutes to make from start to finish.

the ticket system is the only way to contact steam support.

is your friend logged out of steam when they start doing the recovery process?
are they clicking the "I dont have access to this" option when ask about phone or email address?
are they putting in their ACCOUNT NAME or their PROFILE NAME? if they are using the Profile name, that is not what you use.

well we followd the " stohlen/haked " process,a nd ended at the rest password, after that it was basicly saying email not registerd (giving me and him the thought that the email add been changed, so after that we decided to attempt to put in a ticket, that could not be done, so on his beharve i did one, and we are NOW waiting, all his information including Phone number have been added to the tickit, and we await a responce

May i had we did the process all in all 11 times FYI without even getting anywhere close to sending a tickit thus me doing it for and on his beharve

we did that, but it did not work....... as stated above a tickit has been sent in now, so thank you all for the input
