Had a free game on my library that I at one point "permanently removed from my steam account" now i want to redownload later and it isnt working with the above message. going through Help - Steam Support - games - the game - "its not in my steam library" - "view in my library" does nothing. clicking has no affect. while clicking "install results in the same issue. have already tried all similar issues that have been solved. Tips?

Is it the case that "the game" isn't free anymore now? If yes -- seems to make sense...
