Blackscreen When Starting Game

Like a lot of other individuals, I am experiencing a pitch black screen when launching the game.
I have tried the following things to resolve it, with the result in parentheses:

1. Uninstalling and Re-Installing(twice to no avail)
2. Going through the exception log(issue that i didn't understand, missing file that was
clearly there)
3. Restarting my device(Windows 11, no result)
4. Verifying file integrity(first time Noted 1 missing file, second time all files working)
5. Looking through all sorts of solutions across the forums(nothing worked)

If anyone has the slightest helpful information as to how to go about tackling this problem, it would be greatly appreciated.
