The notification that I keep getting when it locks up is a AMD driver timeout.
The Bios and Chipset drivers have all been updated to the most current version.
No overclocking is being done, I don't even know how to do that.
Your amd gpu most likely locks up because you are overclocking the gpu beyond its limit

I rather have a hunch that your GPU has hardware side defects if your GPU driver frequently crashes.
BTW, what's your PSU make and model?
Also it requires AM5 motherboard
From what i learned
https://www.windowscentral.com/hardware/amd-ryzen-7-7700x-review
My entire new build is;
Ryzen 7 7700x
Asus Tuf Gaming Rx 7900 GRE O.C. edition
Asus Tuf Gaming B650M plus wifi motherboard
Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000MHz
Crucial P3 Plus Gen 4 NVMe 1tb
Deepcool Mystique 360 AIO
Deepcool CH360 case
Cooling is also looking good to me.
Does the issue appear only with specific games or with every game?
You might try to run furmark to see if there are stability issues, but cancel the run after 60 seconds or if temperatures exceeds 85°C (cpu max is 94°C and GPU max is 100°C). If furmark crashes or freezes within these 60 seconds, something is wrong with your GPU.
Also, i assume you plugged in all power cables as required.
Is furmark part of steam? Or can I do a system stress test though Adrenaline?
