Current holds must still expire, even if you added a mobile authenticator. Please be aware that unless the authenticator was added more than 7 days ago, additional items you post to the marketplace get a 15 days hold. This is to ensure you added the authenticator and not a scammer.
Buyers won't see your item on sale until the hold is cleared.
Additionally, Valve may freeze the sale of an item if the buyer uses an untrustworthy payment method to add Wallet funds. Steam does it for its own protection waits for the monetary transaction between Steam and buyer to clear first. In that case, the item gets locked until the transaction is cleared, but that is independent of the above aforementioned market holds.
The above handles transactions on the Steam Marketplace. Trade holds work differently. A trade hold will temporarily freeze a pending trade in process from being accepted by both parties. If you cancel that trade, your account becomes temporarily ineligible for 168 hours (7 days to the second) to trade to prevent further unauthorized trades.
If you remove these entries now and readd them, you will have to wait the hold.
