Today I bought a game that I had previously played with a friend's shared account, I already have 98 hours, it is Elden Ring, and today I was going to buy Subnautica, which I was sure I had in the cart, I already have my card saved so it's a matter of clicking a few clicks to buy, and I didn't notice that I really had the elden ring in the shopping cart and I bought it by mistake, I tried to make the refund immediately but it tells me the hours I played with the shared game my friend therefore did not accept my refund. This is why you should NEVER put anything in your cart until you are ready to buy it and ALWAYS double check what is in your cart BEFORE you hit the purchase button.
