PLEASE HELP! GAMES DISAPPEARING FROM MY ACCOUNT!
So, i bought the Bioshock Collection a few days back. The collection came with Bioshock Infinite, Bioshock 1, Bioshock 1 Remastered, Bioshock 2 and Bioshock 2 Remastered. I played a little bit of both but focused on Infinite. When i went to continue playing the other two, i simply COULD NOT start any of them. When i open the page of the games, it tells me to buy it AGAIN. How can i solve this??

Are they there. ?
https://store.steampowered.com/account/history/

Then check bank/credit card company transfer status.( you dont want any ob hold or backdraw or cancelations )

Then see own hom library for Filter ( show installed games only and recent activated )
problem with crashed games is are the activated then thye do that. ( assume Filter issue )

And we have also seen crashed steam then the library is removed from steam storage
multi disk user need to add steam library again.

Lets see if this is one of them things first.

gl with it.,

Secure your account!

All the steps, in order...

Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/ or with whatever

Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Change your password on a secure device.

Generate new back up codes. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Revoke the api key (this should be empty) https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

After you fully secured your account with ALL the steps above...

1. Go here https://help.steampowered.com/en/

2. Scroll down and enter the name of the game in the search bar.

3. Click on the game.

4. Select "It's not in my library"

5. Select "Restore the previously removed package to my account"

Personally I'd contact support and ask them about it. I've seen a few posts about Steam telling people they need to buy games again since the sale started, it may just be a coincidence it may indicate a Steam issue.

Others are approaching this as though your account is compromised and the person who has access has refunded the games. But I don't see how this is the case as you bought the game bundle and your account still shows you as owning Infinite. I'm fairly certain if they'd got support to hide them it would not tell you to buy them again just that you already own them.
