game shows up in my library but i didn't buy it.

I found this game in my library, and I was confused, because I don't remember buying it, but bought the "valve bundle" that might have contained it(but I don't think so cause the game is no man's sky which definitely not valve). I tried downloading it out of curiosity, and it said "this game hasn't been released yet". even though, again it's No Man's Sky. It also only shows up in my library on my app, but not my pc. it says on the No Man's Sky page I have it though. Also it doesn't show up in my buy history.

This is kinda rambling, but if anyone knows why its doing this that'd be cool.

valve complete pack definitely does not have no man's sky. are you family sharing at all? it's possible that someone who family shares with you bought the game recently. that's the only way i can think of that would cause it to show up in your library.

I'm not, I did just a little while ago, after the game showed up, with a friend who has no man's sky, to see what that would do, but it didn't show up, and if I installed it on his account, on my pc, it showed up with "uninstall" as the only option. if I tried to run it from the pc, it gave me the "this game has not released" error again. It's really odd. I might try calling customer support.

Just in case - there's no phone contact for Steam, the only way to contact them is via a support ticket.
